4 Seasons Apparel & Work Wear can personalize garments for your employees or customers; from a single jacket to hundreds of uniforms. Custom Embroidery and Screen Printing of clothing is a great way to enhance your company’s image, and recognize employees. All decorating work is done locally here in South Carolina, by qualified technicians and we guarantee the work.

Embroidery:
For applying your companies logo,we will need a .jpg image,or esp file (or similar format) that we can ‘digitize’ or convert to a file readable by an embroidery machine. There is an initial setup fee, and then a per item cost.  We also embroider standard Company Names (up to 3 lines),names and departments, which does not require an initial set up fee.

Screen Printing:
Most t-shirts with writing or logos are made from a screen printing process. Screen printing works well for t-shirts, nylon jackets and  hats.  Because there is a setup process involved with creating the screen, we have a 24 piece minimum for printed items. Larger quantities (over 100 pieces and up) may be eligible for bulk discounting. There is a one time ‘screen charge’ setup fee that is based on the number of colors you are printing. For screen printing we will need a high resolution vector format file, otherwise there may be additional art charges.
